LIVE UPDATES: Typhoon Marce
MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Northern Luzon suspended court operations on Thursday due to the inclement weather brought by Typhoon Marce (international name: Yinxing), the Philippine Supreme Court Public Information Office said.

Cagayan Aparri (Regional Trial Court and all first level courts) Sanchez Mira (RTC, 1st and 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Courts) Batanes All courts in the province Ilocos Sur Candon City (all courts within the jurisdiction) Tagudin (all courts within jurisdiction)The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its 2 p.m. weather update that Marce is approaching northeastern part of Cagayan and will make a landfall by Thursday afternoon or Friday early morning.
