Mico has an exciting lineup for fans this year, with a new album and a tour just around the corner.
As Mico gears up for his 2024 US tour, which kicked off in Los Angeles on Sept. 11, he has also dropped news about the release of his fifth EP, “Internet Hometown Hero,” set for release on Oct. 25.

Taking to Instagram, the Toronto-based singer shared a sneak peek of the upcoming album with a candid photo of himself in his room, a setting reminiscent of EP cover art.
Along with the release announcement, he had a special treat for his fans: an additional EP release night scheduled for Nov. 20 in Toronto at the Opera House, a sentimental return to his hometown. This is in addition to the previously announced New York release show at LPR on Oct. 25.

Fans, referred to as “Amicos,” were also alerted to early access to tickets. Mico shared, “Tickets are available tomorrow @ 10am for Amicos members only; public pre-sale tickets available Thursday @ 10am… general on-sale Friday @ 10am.” For fans eager to secure their spots at the Toronto show, he invited them to DM him “TORONTO.”
Expressing his gratitude to his loyal followers, Mico reflected on nearly six years of performing under the MICO alias.

The “Internet Hometown Hero” EP will feature eight tracks, including fan-favorite “Homesick.” As anticipation builds for both his tour and EP, Mico encouraged fans to pre-save the album, reinforcing his close connection with his Amicos.
With tour stops across major US cities, the pop-punk star is set to make 2024 a memorable year for his listeners. He will be venturing to Austin on Sept. 19, Houston on Sept. 20, Orlando on Sept. 24, Atlanta on Sept. 26 and Nashville on Sept. 27.
